Taking Chain Social's BFCM Summit To A National Audience
Chain Social is one of Australia’s most successful media buying agencies, working with brands across the beauty and fashion sectors. Alongside their agency work, they deliver education events and programs that empower marketers to upskill and help brands grow.
For their BFCM Summit, held in Melbourne’s CBD, Chain Social partnered with Fixon Media Group to bring their biggest event yet to a national audience through a two-day live-stream production.
Featuring speakers from TikTok, Pinterest, Meta, and Klaviyo, the summit attracted a sold out in-person audience of 150, with additional marketers and brand leaders joining via paid live-stream access.

The Challenge
This was the first event of its kind in Australia’s digital marketing space. Chain Social wanted to ensure their remote audience received a professional, high-quality experience equal to being in the room.
The objectives were clear:
Expand audience reach beyond the event venue.
Deliver an engaging, broadcast-level stream for virtual attendees.
Capture every session for future use in Chain Social’s online education platform.
With back-to-back presentations and a full agenda of industry leaders, the production required precise coordination and a reliable technical setup that could operate seamlessly across both days.
The Solution
Fixon Media Group designed and executed a professional two-camera live-stream system, integrated directly with Zoom Webinars to ensure a smooth digital experience.
Our production included:
Dual camera angles for a dynamic and engaging visual flow.
Live lower-third graphics introducing each speaker.
Real-time integration of slides and visuals within the stream.
High-quality audio mixing for clear, uninterrupted sound.
Post-event, we delivered a full replay recording and session-by-session video clips for upload to Chain Social’s Kajabi education platform, extending the impact and lifespan of the summit’s content.

The event was a resounding success, allowing Chain Social to reach a national audience and cement the BFCM Summit as a flagship educational experience for the eCommerce and marketing community.
