Capturing Excellence In Personalised Service With Ace Body Corporate Management
Ace Body Corporate Management is one of Australia’s largest Strata and Body Corporate management providers, managing over 69,000 lots.
In 2023, Ace began implementing a rebrand of their 28-year-old brand.
Alongside this rebrand, Ace took the opportunity to begin investing in professional video production and marketing, to enhance their digital image and attract new franchisees and customers.

The Challenge
Ace approached us during their re-brand in early 2023.
They were looking to implement fresh video marketing to help them transition into their new brand identity, alongside modernising an aging brand.
However, they were after support of more than just a few brand film or short videos. Highlighting their connection to the community, their personal service and professionalism was critical.
Ace were in need of a variety of services to shift into their new identity.
The Solution
After it was agreed that Ace Body Corporate were in need of a greater scale of support, we came to the conclusion that it would be beneficial for Ace that we were to come onboard as their Official Media Partner.
Under this initial two-year agreement, Fixon Media Group attended a number of key events and functions held by Ace and their suppliers, as well as travelling to some of the 69,000+ lots that they manage and capturing footage of these lots.
This enabled us to capture a 360 degree vision of Ace.
We were able to capture their internal staff culture, relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders, as well as their interactions between home owners and franchisees.
The Result
As Ace have been undergoing their transition to a new brand image, we have been there, ready at their call, to capture and produce films that communicate their core brand values, and impact on their customers.
We’ve been fortunate to attend their National Conference in Port Douglas in August of 2023, and have met many of their amazing franchisees and lot owners.
Over this time, we’ve produced a number of brand films for Ace, for display at trade events, functions, conferences and shortly, their updated website.
